how to use
- use once a day dry on dry skin either before showering/bathing or afterwards on warm skin
- start from extremities + work towards the heart, performing several long sweeps on each limb
- use a light touch, it shouldn't feel painful, just stimulating, expect to see a little erythema (light redness) on the surface of skin
- do not use over broken or irritated skin
- apply body moisturiser straight after
- wash the brush every couple of weeks, + allow to dry thoroughly before use
- replace every 6 - 12 months
