What's the difference between the balm and facial oil? The balm version is gentler and more moisturising due to its inclusion of organic shea butter. The facial oil has a higher concentration of active ingredients for a more direct application.
In the rare event of the balm becoming too soft, simply leave it for a couple of hours in a refrigerator. To prevent this happening please store the balm in a cool location out of direct sunlight.
